The Greater Philadelphia Association for Institutional Research (GPHLAIR) is a professional association for individuals engaging in institutional research at post-secondary institutions in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

The association was founded in 2006 with the purpose of providing low cost, low time commitment professional development opportunities to its membership and enhancing data sharing between institutions in the Greater Philadelphia Region. The association also serves as a forum for exchanging knowledge and ideas pertaining to issues of relevance for professionals working in the field of institutional research, with the ultimate goal of improving post-secondary education in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

In order to achieve these goals, the association will organize and facilitate drive-in luncheon workshops at host institutions in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
